ManpowerGroup Data Coordinator in Abilene, Texas

Our client, an electric utility company is seeking a Line Data Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication, problem solving and technical proficiency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Line Data Admin

Location: Abilene, TX (onsite)

Pay Range: $22 - $25.71

Duration: 12 months (potential to convert)

Schedule: 4 x 10s or 5 x 8s, occasional OT as needed

5% travel to occasional meeting or field visit

What’s the Job?

  • Review and enter data into Clearion

  • Obtain all necessary information from contractor groups needed to complete FMP cycle

  • Monitor condition lifecycle management in Clearion with respect to internal guidelines and policies for timeliness

  • Close out work orders, assignments and work groups

  • Coordinate reporting to local management to demonstrate condition lifecycle management success and foster local accountability

  • Establish and execute standard process for reviewing data compliance on emergent work

What’s Needed?

  • Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field

  • Electric Utility Background preferred

  • Microsoft Excel/ Outlook

  • Ability to organize and summarize data

  • Ability to create, run, and interpret reports

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

  • Knowledge of: Webex, OneNote, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat MAXIMO, Visio, Scanview, SnagIT, DS Track, Clearion
