KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Contract Lifecycle Management Solutions within our Legal Operations and Transformation Services Practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and configuration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices; actively manage on-shore and off-shore resources who will be involved in the configuration and testing

  • Work with our legal subject matter experts to develop and implement standardized templates, clauses, and document management processes considering any client specific requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across KPMG including legal, IT, risk and other stakeholders, to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure systems integrate seamlessly within a wider eco-system of technology solutions

  • Liaise closely with clients and client engagement teams in the deployment of service offerings in collaboration with KPMG's senior stakeholders; work closely with a wider team of solution owners, architects, engineers and legal technologists to ensure alignment with KPMG's broader global technology roadmaps, strategy and integrations

  • Oversee the configuration of system settings, user roles, access controls, and approval workflows to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies; continuously evaluate and improve functionalities, performance, and usability based on user feedback and evolving business needs

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to other teams on the effective utilization of the CLM system, including training and knowledge transfer; ensure quality assurance and testing processes are developed, deployed, and continuously improved and managed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in configuring and implementing CLM systems or related legal technology solutions

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; legal or legal technology background preferred; JD, MBA, or Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Strong understanding of contract management processes, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and post-execution management

  • Expert in configuring and customizing CLM systems, with experience in workflows, templates, and automation; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong project management skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively
