Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to repair and maintain the Central Utility Plant systems

Job Roles

• Able to perform repairs and maintenance on building automation systems. Completion of work orders and preventative maintenance work orders.

• Adheres to established safety regulations and guidelines to ensure that work is carried

out in an effective and safe manner.

• Cleans and maintains equipment and work area in the central plant. Monitors equipment and maintains records of the equipments’ operational status.

• Monitors and facilitates the work of outside contractors performing repairs and/or

installations at MHS facilities.

• Performs effectively in an on-call role as needed • Starts up, shuts down, and adjusts power plant and/or chiller and boiler equipment.

• May perform preventive or corrective m+AG474aintenance tasks to electrical and/or medical - gas systems as required.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the Water Treatment Program
