DESCRIPTION OF WORK This role involves providing administrative and supportive tasks for the federal Community Development Block Grant - Cares Act (CDBG-CV) program, as well as other CDBG and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Special Purpose grants. It also includes reviewing and analyzing applications and contracts to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Additionally, the position assists in the analysis and review of CDBG-CV, CDBG, and other HUD special purpose grants, and helps implement information management systems to document compliance. The role also involves preparing grant application submissions and necessary information for federal grant contracts, maintaining files and information to demonstrate compliance, and participating in HUD monitoring and developing responses to monitoring reports.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with 1 day a month in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualification (not required):
