Work with a team of engineers to coordinate/manage design and improve performance of Long-Term Evolution (LTE) network utilizing knowledge of LTE/UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) RAN (Radio Access Network) technologies; Responsible for LTE/UMTS Capacity Planning for Radio & Backhaul to support RF optimization and performance; Perform Circuit & Packet KPI analysis and call trace analysis; and Provision voice & data channels utilizing SIAD Configuration File Generation.
