Schedule: Hours are primarily Monday Friday from 8:00 am 4:30 pm but will require some alternative hours for meetings and/or to meet the needs of the individuals served. Program Managers may need to work evenings and weekends as needed to help with direct care coverage. This position includes on-call. Wage: $54,080 to $59,280 Annual Salary ($26.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on experience) What do we do? Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to staff.
