salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 3 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all ingredients are staged to complete the batch.

• Ensures that small ingredients are scaled accurately.

• Ensure that RM numbers match between batch sheet and ingredient container

release label.

• Signs off appropriate documentation as mandated.

• Responsible for signing scaling sheets when each step is performed in the

cooking process.

• Responsible for maintaining the work area clean and clear.

• Responsible for visually checking each ingredient for abnormal conditions.

• Ensure that the kettles are clean and in good working order at start-up and

changeovers.

• Ensure that all steps on the batch sheet are being followed (times, temperatures,

etc.).

• Must have working knowledge of GMP/GSP/QC.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
