Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Financial Services Representative, where you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding service to our valued clients. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, offer information on our comprehensive range of financial products and services, and assist clients in resolving any issues they may encounter.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming calls from clients and provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Address client inquiries regarding financial products, account information, transactions, and policies.

• Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and other financial topics.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in a financial call center or customer service role is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, ETFs, IRAs, and brokerage accounts.
