We are seeking hard-working and reliable Production Workers to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Springfield. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products on the production line.

Production Worker Responsibilities: - Operate machinery such as drill presses, saws, and riveting machines to manufacture parts - Assemble components and subassemblies using tools, machines, and following procedures - Inspect products for defects and adherence to specifications  - Package and prepare finished goods for shipment - Maintain a clean and safe work area - Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Production Worker Skills: - Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred - Ability to follow instructions and procedures  - Attention to detail and quality focus - Comfortable operating machinery and using hand tools - Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs - Good communication and teamwork skills - High school diploma or equivalent
